Production Flow and Energy Optimization: Demonstrate how production processes is streamlined and energy consumption minimized simultaneously

Digital Work Instructions: Develop and evaluate digital guides for operators.

Predictive Maintenance: Demonstrate how AI can predict machine failure/stop
Next-Generation Logistics: Evaluate Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR).
Real-Time Location Systems: Evaluate precise location tracking solutions.
Industry 5.0 Methodology and Tools: Develop strategies for assessing maturity and opportunities in Industry 5.0.
Automation of Welding Stations: Describe and evaluate concepts for automating the welding processes

Who are you?

Vi söker nu en produktionsingenjör med erfarenhet av automationsutrustning eller montering, till vår produktionstekniska avdelning i Arvika. Din roll blir att utveckla, förbättra och kvalitetssäkra processer inom tillverkningen av våra värmepumpar med fokus på maskinutrustning.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som produktionsingenjör hos oss kommer du ha ett stort ansvar för utveckling och processförbättringar i fabriken. Vi har ett högt fokus på att optimera flöden enligt lean och du kommer ha en betydande påverkan på hur detta ska implementeras i fabriken. Genom att kartlägga och analysera flöden och avvikelser i fabriken, kommer du att bidra med förbättringar av befintlig fabrikslayout och ombyggnationer.

Du kommer representera den produktionstekniska avdelningen i utvecklingsprojekt, där du innehar en nyckelroll för att säkerställa effektiva testmetoder och produktionsvänliga produkter. Vid prototypframtagning planerar och deltar du vid provmontering för att därefter utvärdera tillsammans med teamet. Som produktionsingenjör stöttar du även produktionen i det dagliga arbetet vid felsökning och med framtagning av arbetsinstruktioner.

Din bakgrund

För att lyckas i denna roll tror vi att du är har en universitetsexamen med inriktning produktions- eller maskinteknik alternativt likvärdig arbetserfarenhet. Du har tidigare arbetat med produktionsutveckling och har även erfarenhet samt stort intresse av lean-metoden. Vi ser gärna att du har goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift. Har du dessutom erfarenhet av PLC-programmering och databashantering är det meriterande.

Vi fäster stor vikt vid att hitta en medarbetare med rätt personliga egenskaper. För att vi ska bli en bra matchning behöver du vara en person som drivs av utveckling och gillar att ta egna initiativ, oavsett om det kommer till att starta igång ett nytt förändringsprojekt eller att söka upp nödvändig information. Du är självgående och van att arbeta i team samt har förståelse för vikten av god kommunikation.
